How Many Cricut Cartridges Do You Own?

Thanks to everyone who voted so far in our poll: “How Many Cricut Cartridges Do You Own?”.

I have scheduled the poll to end at midnight EDT on August 31, 2008. If you haven’t voted yet, make sure you do before it’s too late!

At this point, it looks like most of our visitors have “a bunch” of Cricut cartridges. That’s good news! I’m glad to know that I am not the only one, and that there are others out there that share my obsession!

However, that got me to wondering...

Wondering if you have a just-can’t-live-without-all-time-favorite cartridge. Or does your favorite depend on your project? Perhaps your mood? Or maybe they are all your favorites!

Personally, I love all the ones that I own (that’s why I bought them in the first place!), but my all-time faves are the Rob & Bob Cricut cartridges. My family is a goofy bunch, especially when they know there is a camera pointed in their direction - so the Rob & Bob graphics just seem to work best in my scrapbooks.

I could go on, but I want to hear from you out there! Do you have any cartridges that you prefer. If so, do share!

Well, the poll is now closed. Now, for the results...

[poll id="1"]

According to our poll, the majority of our visitors here have "a bunch!" of Cricut cartridges.  We must be a lucky group - either that, or we are hopelessly addicted!  Anyway, thanks to everyone who voted!  Before you go, make sure you leave a quick comment below, letting us know what one (or two or three) are your favorites.

  1. My favorite is Stretch Your Imagination! I think it is one of the most versatile cartridges available. I use it for layouts for Christmas, Halloween, birthdays – just about anything really.

  2. Hi Jill,

Stretch Your Imagination is one of my favorites too! I plan to use it a lot within the next coming months, with Halloween and Thanksgiving just around the corner…

  3. Katherine Ellis says:

I owe over 10 cartridges and my favorite is walk in my garden and beyond birthdays. I use them both all the time. I don’t know what I did before my cricut

  4. Rachel Nelson says:

I have seven cartridges and I am considering buying more. I have Tags, Bags and more on order from Amazon since I have had a very difficult time finding it in my city. Don’t quite know why. I love the machine; my problem is that I have to put it up and take it down as I am craft room challenged. I also knit, sew, and rubber stamp so I am getting better and hiding things (unfortunately, a lot of times I forget where I put them.) This year I have vowed to get organized, but I do that every year. Oh, can anyone tell me why I am having a difficult time cutting mickey’s left hand out? The other hand comes out fine. It’s the Mickey that looks all excited and looks like he is jumping. Help!!!!Thanks

  5. Hi Rachel,

I’m also craft room challenged! I wish I had a good excuse. We have the space – I just need to invest in some good storage units and work surfaces, and take the time to get everything organized. I’ll let you know when and if I ever do! :-)

Unfortunately, I’m not sure why Mickey is giving you problems. If no one here has the answer, you may want to post a question on the Cricut message board at
